Meet Danny! Danny is a puppy who was born at the city shelter along side with his other 5 siblings. Danny’s mother was rescued from a pot hole that she was struggling to get out of. When we brought her into the city shelter, we realized she is soon to be mother. Shortly after only few days, the mother gave birth to 4 females and 2 male puppies.

Danny is a very bright and energetic dog. He loves playing with other dogs. When he meets unfamiliar people, he may bark at first, but he quickly warms up and enjoys sitting on their laps while being petted. He seems to be slightly more cautious around men than women, but after a little time, he relaxes and becomes friendly. He does not like to be confined in a small space, such as a hotel room, but he stays well in his crate and sleeps there. He also loves playing with toys.

We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Danny needs a patient home willing to continue training and showing him what it means to be in a home. Danny is patiently waiting!
