Meet Hailey! Hailey was discovered at the age of 2 in a residential area of Paju, South Korea, in November 2020. She was taken to a high-risk city shelter and just before euthanasia, was rescued. After spending a year in a busy private shelter filled with other dogs, she was placed in a loving foster home, where she has since flourished.
Hailey is a gentle and friendly companion with a calm demeanor who enjoys being around people and loves other dogs as well — not interested in cats. She has never exhibited aggressive behavior. While her energy level is typically low at home, she can still have her spunky moments! Haileys favorite activities include tug-of-war and chasing after flying leaves, papers, or plastic bags, so it’s essential to hold her leash firmly during walks. It was discovered she appears to have a fear of long sticks or bats.
We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog, a home who has a good understanding of the breed and will continue to show Hailey what it means to be in family. Hailey is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
