Meet Andre! Andre and his sibling, Arno, were going to be dumped by their previous owner. She took them to the vet and said that if they couldn’t be adopted out, she would dump them on the hills because she couldn’t afford to keep them. Rescuer took them in and kept them in foster. Andre is a playful and energetic puppy. He is very friendly to everyone. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Andre is patiently waiting!
