Hello there! My name is Marley, and I’m a beautiful fawn / blonde Yorkie with a heart as golden as my coat. Born on April 25, 2020, I’m a sprightly 4-year-old lass who’s ready to find my forever home.I’ve had quite the journey so far. I was rescued from an unfortunate situation where I didn’t receive the love I so deeply crave and deserve. But that hasn’t stopped me from being the sweetest lap dog you’ll ever meet. I absolutely adore cuddles and will happily spend hours snuggled up with you, showing you just how grateful I am for your kindness and affection.Health-wise, I’m in tip-top shape! I’ve been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and I’m heartworm negative. Plus, I’ve passed my fecal test with flying colors and am up-to-date on my flea and tick prevention. Weighing in at a dainty 10 lbs, I’m the perfect size for apartment living or a cozy house.I’m fantastic with children and small dogs, though I must admit I’m not the biggest fan of large dogs or cats. It’s just a preference! I’m also a pro when it comes to being out and about in public, and I’m working on my house training. My previous family used piddle pads, but I’m quickly getting the hang of doing my business outside with my current foster family.I do have a couple of quirks – I can be a bit fearful and barky at times, but that’s just me being cautious and trying to communicate in the only way I know how.
