Meet Abby! Abby was found as a abandoned puppy dumped near a market trash site along with her bed. Sadly the rescuer knew if Abby wasn’t rescued then she would have little chance of survival. Poor Abby was eating rotten cabbage when she was found but still wagged her tail seeking for some love and attention. Thankfully the rescuer was able to take Abby in and get her to the vet for a full check up. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Abby is patiently waiting!
