Meet Peanut! Peanut is an adorable 5 years old Poodle weighing at around 13lbs. Peanut understands basic commands like sit, paw and wait. He is afraid of  the vacuum cleaner sound and getting in the car. Aside from that he is a very sweet guy! Peanut loves walks and eating! When he was first rescued he didn’t know what toys were but recently has been showing interests in them. Peanut is good with children, housebroken and does well in his crate. He is ok on leash and will need further training on leash. Peanut does have mild resource guarding with food, so he will need to be fed separately and not be bothered when eating. Peanut has one eye due to past injury prior to rescue, he was part of a horrible puppy mill that was raided. Peanut also received double luxating patella surgery and is now all cleared. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Peanut is patiently waiting!
