Meet Moonc! Moonc is an adorable 7 months old Jindo mix. His mom was rescued while she was pregnant and was on the euthanasia list at the shelter. Thankfully, she was able to give birth to 6 puppies in the shelter and Moonc was one of them.
Moonc is a very playful and high energy pup. He can be little shy at first but he does open up with time and treats. He could be little nervous when people suddenly reach to pet him or make him surprise with sudden movements, but most of time he would approach the people first and ask for petting. Moonc is a little reluctant of men in their 40-50s, but would go near them with some time.
Moonc loves to eat all kinds of foods and treats, he is not a picky eater at all! He doesn’t like people taking away his favorite treats once they are given to him. He would run away with it if you try to take it from him. Playing with toys is one of his favorites. He sleeps in his dog bed at night.
Potty training is still ongoing and he does territorial marking from time to time. He understands his name as well as a few basic commands like sit, wait, high-five.
The ideal home for Moonc will have a fenced backyard where he can run and play without being leashed. A home with multiple family members would be great as he loves being around people. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Moonc is patiently waiting!
