Meet Bud! Bud was rescued from a devastating wildfire in Gyeongbuk, Korea, where he miraculously survived alongside his mom and two siblings. Despite losing part of his family, he came through with a resilient spirit—and now he’s ready for a new beginning with a loving family.

Personality:
Bud is a curious, cheerful puppy with energy to spare and love to give. Whether he’s chasing leaves or cuddling up beside you, he brings joy to every moment.

People Skills:
Bud LOOOOOVES people, eagerly leans in for affection, and wags his whole body when he’s happy.

Dog-Friendly:
With dogs, Bud is friendly and eager to play, though he’s still learning polite greetings. Puppyhood is his time to explore, learn, and grow—and he’s doing just that, every day.

Energy & Training:
Bud is currently working on house training and leash walking. He’s a smart, observant pup who benefits from consistency and gentle guidance. As a high-energy explorer, he’ll thrive with daily walks, playtime, and a home where he can stay active and engaged.

Ideal Home:
Bud would love an active, affectionate family who can help him gain confidence and continue his training. He’d be a great match for a home with another friendly dog, or with people who have time to play, snuggle, and grow alongside him. He may be small now, but with love and support, Bud will grow into an incredible lifelong companion.
