Meet Piper! Piper was abandoned in a tourist area around December 2018. It was hard for her to find food in that area. Poor Piper became very skinny and hid from tourists in that area. One day, she finally gathered the courage to approach a backpacker. The backpacker gave Piper a piece of bread. Piper immediately wagged her tail and finished the bread quickly. She followed the backpacker, wishing to leave that area. A rescue team learned about Piper’s story and decided to find Piper a forever home. Piper has since been placed in a foster home after getting a clean bill of health from the vet. Piper is an energetic and smart girl. She is very curious about new things. She is very friendly with people including strangers. She responds to her name very well, wagging her tail in response. Piper is patiently waiting for her forever home!
