Meet Kelly! Kelly’s human-mom just passed away under hospice care, and there were no family or friends to take this sweet pup. After being loved and treasured her whole life, her only option was euthanasia. Luckily, her hospice-nurse loves dogs, and saved her life.

Kelly would be perfect for an older, retired person who wants a loving, loyal companion. She wants to be by her person’s side all the time, and is a snuggly lap dog. She is sweet, gentle, slow moving, and easy to manage. She doesn’t bark (at all!), walks well on a leash, knows how to use the doggie-door, and gets along fine with cats or other dogs. Kelly is 10 years old, but she could still have many great years left in her! All she wants is to be kept comfortable and loved. Kelly is patiently waiting!
