Meet Phoebe! Phoebe was rescued from a high-kill shelter before her time ran out, thankfully rescuers were able to get her out of the shelter and into foster care. Phoebe is a playful, brave, and loving girl who enjoys being around her people. She gets along with other dogs, but can be a bit jealous—so she’d do best as an only dog in her home. Phoebe has gotten an overall clean bill of health but she has mild luxating patella so muscle building and home care are a must. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Phoebe is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
