UPDATE: We’re very happy to share that Ellie now Emily has found her perfect forever home! Ellie is now living the good life getting all the love and attention she deserves. Ellie even has both new furry and human siblings! How wonderful is that? Enjoy your life Ellie!
“Melody and Terri – Sarah wanted me to write you a note about how much we adore Emily. In the week and a half that we’ve had her she has become a fixture in the house. My son adores her. He’s only had the two Shiba Inus until now and they aren’t really “doggy” dogs. He and Emily play all the time. He wakes up to her bounding into his room every morning. She has gone with us to the beach, to various family members’ houses, and all over town. She is so chill and friendly that we are looking forward to training her to be a therapy dog! The other two dogs now take turns playing with her all the time and she is making great strides in her house training. She has figured out the dog door and where she’s expected to go. She’s such a snuggle and so sweet. We love having her as part of our family. Thank you SO much for saving her darling little life. -Sharon”

Brief Bio: Meet Ellie! Ellie was rescued along with her littermates when they were found abandoned and running out of time. Ellie is an adorable puppy who loves to be around people and enjoys nothing more then to play, sleep, and eat! This lovely girl has the most interesting coat which makes her all the more adorable! Ellie is best in a home that would not leave her alone for extended periods of time because she is a velcro dog. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Ellie is patiently waiting!
