UPDATE: We’re happy to share that Lindsay now Elsa has found her loving forever home! Lindsay is now living the good life getting all the love and attention she deserves. Lindsay also has a new brother who she loves and adores. Enjoy your life Lindsay!

“Hi Melody, We took her to the vet and she is doing great in terms of overall health and also got her permanent license…yay! She has become a celebrity of sorts since everyone takes pictures of her and with her 🙂 She has her own sweet ways of asking to pet her at home and the best is when she sleeps in my lap to make sure she gets undivided attention. Attached please find a few pics of Elsa when we took her to the beach for the first time… she was pretty excited and curious but didn’t want to stay in the water for too long 🙂 Will send you some more pics in case you haven’t updated her forever home post yet. -Regards Lakshmi”

Brief Bio: Meet Lindsay! When the cold wave struct the suburban Taichung area, a kind woman happened upon a stray Golden and a little puppy wondering together without a home in sight. The puppy stayed closely to the Golden both looking exhausted and helpless. Shortly after, the Golden cowered on the side of the road keeping the puppy warm with her body, though both were visibly shivering from the cold. With no food, no shelter and the coming typhoon season approaching the woman saw only the vision of sadness in front of her. Unable to look the other way she immediately brought them both to the vet. Thankfully they were both good in health. The vet estimated they may have only been abandoned for a short time, however, given the rough situation at the time it was very lucky that they were both rescued because the puppy wouldn’t have survived otherwise.

The Golden was named Lindsay and the puppy named London soon found themselves in a loving foster home. London is a very cute vivacious puppy who is endearing to watch as she follows Lindsay around all day and snuggle close when she sleeps. Lindsay and London are inseparable, both bonded like mother and daughter. We are hoping a kind family will open their heart to both Lindsay and London so we can keep these two together. We are looking for a home that will continue to show what being in a loving home is all about. Lindsay is patiently waiting!
