Brief Bio: Meet Betsy! Betsy was rescued when she was found as a stray. The rescuer saw the poor emaciated puppy following her weak mom as they searched for food. Starving and with no scrapes in sights the puppy and mom would jump into the pond and try to catch fishes. When the rescuer saw this, her heart broke so she took them back. Betsy is a sweet and well behaved girl but she was unfortunate to be what they called a dog with “white socks” which in asian traditions meant she was “bad luck”. Because of this, no one wanted Betsy. We are hoping to change this girls luck. Betsy is looking for a home that will show her what love is and give her a second chance. Betsy is patiently waiting!
