UPDATE: We’re happy to share that Charlie now Murshmallow has found his loving forever home! Charlie is now enjoying the good life getting spoiled rotten by his new family and having a new furry buddy to play with everyday. Enjoy your life Charlie!
“Charlie, now Mushmellow, has jumped right into our family and right into our hearts. He’s quickly become best friends with our adopted boxer, Mango, from West Coast Boxer Rescue, who wanted a little fur brother more than we realized. They share a love of play and napping in sun spots. Mushy helps Greg work and enjoys his walks (especially trying to keep up with Mango), but his favorite things by far are his nightly cuddles with our daughters.
We didn’t know how much we all needed Mushy until he was here. His gentle disposition and loving nature have made our family complete, and we are grateful for Love and Second Chances for saving him and caring for him until he came to us, his forever home.”

Brief Bio: Meet Charlie! Charlie was rescued when he was found abandoned in the mountains in Taiwan. Poor Charlie had severe skin allergies due to the humidity and was emaciated when found. Charlie was brought to the vet where he was able to get healthy enough to come into foster care. Charlie is considered a special needs dog because he has allergies that is directly connected to his breed. Charlie will require a specific diet and allergy medication. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a Frenchie and is able to give Charlie the long term care he needs. Charlie is a very sweet boy who loves to be with his people and get snuggles. Charlie is great with dogs as well! Charlie needs a breed savvy home that understands the breed and what is needed to ensure a happy healthy life. Charlie is patiently waiting!
