UPDATE: We are so happy to share that Max now Doc has found his loving forever home! Max is now living the good life playing fetch with his new home and getting lots and lots of love and attention. We couldn’t be happier! Enjoy your life Max!
“Hi Melody – Max (now Doc/Doctor Woof) is doing great and we are totally in love with him! I don’t know if we need to officially wait a week to give you a decision, but we have already made up our minds that he is staying. We have plans to go to Brian’s training group with Doc in two weeks in Redwood City to spruce up our training. Obviously, there is a lot of fetch thrown in there. He also LOVES water. We can hardly water the garden without him getting completely soaked 🙂 Thanks so much! – Jenn and Leo”

Brief Bio: Meet Max! Max is a very fun, loving dog that has a lot of enrgy, but settles down nicely in the house. He is always up for doing anything, but his absolute favorite thing to do is retrieve a ball. He’ll play until your arm falls off. He knows how to heel, come, sit, down and place (get on what you point him to and stay there). He will do all of his commands around distractions and will stay until you tell him that it is ok to “Break.” Max is completely house-trained and will go to the door and whine when he has to go outside to potty, which he does in one spot in the yard. He lived with a cat and doesn’t chase it. He generally sleeps inside on his bed but sleeps in a crate fine. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a dog and will give handsome Max lots of love and attention. Max is patiently waiting! (View training video: click here.)
