Meet Kelly! Kelly was rescued off the on-ramp of the freeway just in time. Kelly was seen walking along the on-ramp by a rescuer who immediately took her away for safety. Poor Kelly had lost two toes on her front paw which showed signs of once being caught in a trap. We can’t imagine the excruciating pain she had endured to somehow get away from that trap and make it out alive. Kelly is a very sweet girl who would love nothing more then a home to call her own. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Kelly is patiently waiting!
