Brief Bio:

Meet Bami! Bami was dumped at the flea market in a box with her littermates. They were very young and not able to jump out of the box, so they were left over night. The next morning, a lady found them and brought them to rescue. Bami is a very affectionate girl who would love nothing more than to find a home to call her own. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Bami has since gotten a clean bill of health and is ready for her forever home. Bami is patiently waiting!

"Hi Melody, Lilo (fka Bami) is doing great! She is growing in her confidence and into such a beautiful young lady each and every day! We can't imagine our lives without her. She absolutely loves sunbathing and people watching, and will spend a good 20 minutes each day by the window doing so. So silly! She has already mastered 3 tricks in the span of less than 2 weeks: sit, shake and down! Lilo absolutely loves going on walks and exploring outside-- we are so excited for the many adventures ahead for hiking, the beach, etc! We are so happy that Love and Second Chances rescued her and allowed us to add such a perfect family member into our home. She's incredibly smart and sensitive, in addition to being the greatest snuggler ever! Thank you so much for all that this organization/rescue does. We are so incredibly grateful for our baby Lilo. She has been the missing piece of our family that we never knew existed...but we finally found her! Sincerely, Gloria Hsu"

How to help?

If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
