Meet Arty! Arty was rescued along with his litter mates and mom when they were found abandoned on the side of the street. At the time of rescue Arty was still a very young puppy and his mom was very emaciated. Arty and family was able to get help and thankfully taken off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Since being rescued Arty is thriving in foster care and is now ready for his forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Arty is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
