Brief Bio:

Meet Phoebe! Phoebe was found as a  stray scavenging a trashcan for food.  Thankfully rescuers were able to rescue her and bring her to the vet. At the vet they found a rubber band tied to her belly when she was a small puppy. As she grew older her skin started to grow over the rubber band and left a big open gash. Regardless of a rough start in life, Phoebe is a very affectionate and happy girl who would love nothing more then to find her forever home. We are looking for an active family that understands the responsibilities of raising a puppy as a member of their family. Phoebe is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!

How to help?
