Brief Bio:

Meet Toki! Toki was rescued from euthanasia a couple months ago alongside his 4 other siblings. Out of the litter, he is the smartest and most well-natured boy. He was a natural at pad training and also hasn’t shown any food-related aggression while living in a house where there are many other dogs. He gets along with dogs of all age and size. Toki has a healthy amount of energy and curiosity, so he will require good guidance from his new home and ample amount of love from his new parents. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Toki is patiently waiting!

We are overjoyed with Toki! Our family has never had a pet before, and the thought of adopting a puppy with a bit was overwhelming. With the tireless support and help from everyone at Love&Second Chances, Toki has now adopted us as well. A heartfelt THANK YOU to Melody Chen for coordinating a painless adoption process, especially with an international adoption. Lots of things must have gone on in the background but we never knew much of it, thanks to her.

For all the first time puppy parent panic mode questions, we have Donna to thank for. Not only did she check in with us regularly, she took the time to give tips and tricks to help make our lives easier. Who knew to play hide-and-seek with a puppy as a way to simulate being alone? Also, thank you to Joanna K. for coordinating with the Toki’s Korean foster parents and keeping us inform on how he is doing while we wait for his flight schedule. Last but not least, a big Thank you to Toki’s Korean fosters for taking such a great care of him. He is a happy and healthy boy."
