No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Silas! Silas was rescued from horrible conditions used for breeding. Poor guy was emaciated and living in a small rusted kennel. Silas is shy with people at first due to not enough socialization for a majority of his life. He does open up slowly overtime, especially with treats. Silas still needs to gain more weight, but is already on his way to becoming a healthy and happy guy! We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. He is patiently waiting!
"Hello Melody, Here are some photos of Silas (now Dobby)!! He is doing great so far, as I've been taking him to the dog park every Saturday and he is also getting along really well with Tinta! Hes so hyper now and he barks when someone is at the door and also makes little noises and jumps on me when he wants to play!"
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
