Meet Randy! Randy was rescued from a horrible neglect case when he was found chained on 4ft line with no food or water. Randy was severely matted and emaciated when found, he was also suffering from a bad embedded collar. Poor Randy was tied out since puppyhood and the collar that had once fit got tighter and tighter as he grew causing the collar to eventually cut into his neck causing a bad infection. Luckily a rescuer was able to get Randy out of that place and to the vet. Randy has since made a full recovery but he does have some issues due to his past. Randy is a very sweet and loving boy but due to lack of socialization he is selective with dogs and will be best as only dog. We are looking for a home that will continue to show Randy what it means to be in a family. Randy is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
