No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Dino! Dino was rescued along with his sister Donna when they were found as strays in a construction area by a rescuer. The rescuer knew the puppies would not be safe in that area so luckily she was able to get them both off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Dino is a very sweet and loving boy who would love nothing more then to have a home to call his own. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Dino is patiently waiting!
On April 18, 2016, I arrived at SFO to pick up the cutest little scared and spooked puppy that I had ever seen. For the first month, I wasn't sure if he would ever let me even leash him. These days? Wow, how things have changed. Pippen likes to sleep all curled up with me, never breaking contact. He loves hugs and kisses and most importantly, the freedom of off-leash runs at Point Isabel. He never likes to be out of my sight. Goodness, how I love this pup!
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
