No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Libby! Libby was rescued from a puppy mill when the owners abandoned it and left all the dogs at the mill. The only way authorities found out was when neighbors complained about a smell. When they arrive onsite, there were many deceased dogs due to starvation and no water. Libby was lucky to survive and be rescued. She is a very sweet girl, but needs to gain confidence in herself. All her life was spent alone in a small rusty cage. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a pup. Libby is patiently waiting!
"Hi Melody, Libby is doing great with adjusting with her new found brothers. She loves playing tug with them and going on walks too. She also loves chewing on bones when it’s tv time. She truly is our quiet gem who has joined the pack. She also loves eating !"
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
