Meet Soy! Soy was rescued after being abandoned and ended up on the shelter euthanasia list. Fortunately a rescued was able to get her out of the shelter and into foster care. Soy was debarked at some point prior to rescue so cannot bark but her spunk is there! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Soy would love nothing more than to find a home to call her own!
