Asher
Meet Asher! Asher was rescued by the staff at a veterinary hospital in Korea where he was brought for treatment. Asher had experienced severe abuse and trauma when he was tied to a truck driving down the road. When reports came in and his abusers had no choice but to bring him in, they requested to have him put down. The staff asked the owner to give him up and decided to treat his injuries and put him up for adoption. Thanks to their efforts, Asher is in excellent overall health, with only a few scars on his legs from his experience.
The remarkable thing about Asher is that, in spite of his history of mistreatment by his previous owners, he is an extremely friendly, fun-loving and affectionate dog. He likes nothing better than to put his head in your lap to be petted, or roll onto his back for belly rubs. He also loves going on walks and runs, as well as trips to the dog park to play chasing games with other dogs.
We are hoping a home will fall in love with Asher and give him the second chance he so richly deserves. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Asher is patiently waiting!
