Meet Yumi! Yumi was rescued off the euthanasia list at an overcrowded shelter, she was very shut down and just hiding in the corner when rescuers first met her. It was as if she knew her time was up and she would not be able to make it out. Fortunately, she quickly forgot her sad memories once she made it out of the shelter and into foster care. Yumi turned into her original puppy look and was happy under any circumstances. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Yumi would thrive in a home that will continue to socialize and show her what it means to be in a family. Yumi is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
