Meet Tommy aka Ttoya! Tommy was found abandoned and wandering in Yangpyeong, Korea when he was only about 3 months old. Tommy was alone in the rain and because the temperatures in Korea was very low at the time, rescuers knew if he wasn’t rescued he would not survive. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Tommy is a sweet and loving boy who would love nothing more than to find his forever home. Tommy would thrive in a home that will continue training and showing him what it means to be in a home. Tommy is patiently waiting!
