Meet SoonShin! An elderly lady bought him from a neighbor for $9 and tied him to a short chain in her garden. Her previous larger dog was sent to a farm due to barking too much. The lady said she was too lonely and wanted a dog to wag their tail when she goes home, so she got another puppy. However, she was tired of feeding a SoonShin and picking up after his potty, so told the rescuers to take him. We are glad his owner gave him up to rescue this time so he didn’t have to live a neglected and lonely life on a chain. He is VERY playful and energetic, loves humans and dogs, is good with kids. His personality is super sweet. He will be good with any types of family. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. SoonShin is patiently waiting!
