Meet Smiley! Smiley was rescued from serious neglect and was in serious condition suffering from uterine prolapse. She was hurt and abandoned but despite her miserable experiences, she is continues to stay on the optimistic side! Smiley is full of life and loves to be around her people and dogs! Fortunately rescuers were able to get her off the streets and to the vet for a full check up, she has since gotten a clean bill of health and is ready to find her forever home! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Smiley is patiently waiting!
