Meet Ruho! Ruho and his siblings were born to a mom who had been chained outside a home where she was poorly fed and taken care of. Then one day, she became pregnant and gave birth to five puppies! Fortunately, the neighbor, also a volunteer with our rescue partners, persuaded the owner to surrender the puppies to the rescue. The volunteer is fostering the mom now. Ruho is cautious at first but is quick to show his friendliness. He’s learning to understand what human love is and enjoys getting pets. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Ruho is patiently waiting!
