Do you need some extra love in your life or just want a sweet new companion?  Rosy is the epitome of love in a fluffy black teddy bear of a dog.  She just oozes sweetness and love.  Rosy is so calm and peaceful.  She is very Zen!  She does get very excited when her foster mom comes home (but who doesn’t love that), or when she knows she is going to go for a walk.  Rosy is a dream on the leash and she loves a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood.  She also enjoys a nice day at the local park sitting on a blanket just taking in the sights.  She might even like relaxing at the local coffee shop.

Rosy is interested in dogs but doesn’t approach them first. She and her foster dog brother walk well together on their daily walks, but once they are home they both just do their own thing. She likes to chase squirrels but doesn’t respond to cats unless they run. Rosy likes to play with her foster mom, but mostly she is content to sit beside you and let you lavish her with love.  However, she is not needy and understands that sometimes you have work to do and will go and lie down to let you do what you need to do.  She does not have separation anxiety but does not like to be cooped up all day in a crate or pen.  She likes to be able to free roam in the house and sleep on her nice comfy dog bed.

The ideal home for Rosy is with a person or family that is looking for a companion dog and best friend.  She is a very easy and loveable dog and deserves to be someone’s whole world. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Rosy is patiently waiting!
