Meet Rookie! Rookie was rescued along with a few other dogs after living on a short chain all their life. Rescuers had to go and feed the dogs often or they would go without food for days. Thankfully the rescuer were able to get Rookie into foster where he became to recover. Rookie ate a lot of rotted food and was extremely neglected prior to rescue. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Rookie would love nothing more than to find his forever home!
