Meet Potato! Potato is an adorable 7 months old Dachshund mix. He’s a very sweet and bright dog that loves loves being stroked on the head. He will be happy with a family who can be with him for long periods of time and give him love and affection. Potato would be fabulous in a home with another dog to be his playmate. He absolutely loves other dogs, always enthusiastic to meet a fellow canine on his walks and play with them.
Potato is a bundle of energy when excited, yet knows to be calm when he needs to be. He loves his squeaky toys, especially the tennis ball. His new family will have the privilege of introducing him to new and various toys that he has not had before, and seeing his excited reactions to them. Potato loves food as well, but is not extremely food motivated. He is more of a scavenger, searching the floors to see what food may have fallen from the table. Potato also loves being talked to, especially at night before bed, along with scratches behind the ear.
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Potato is patiently waiting!
