Meet Poppy! Poppy and her sister Lily were abandoned in a rural schoolyard one day, due to the care of some villagers they were able to get some food and water enough to survive. However, rescuers knew if they were to stay there, their chances of surviving will slowly diminish as they get older. Fortunately the rescuer was able to get the off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Poppy has since gotten a clean bill of health and is ready to find her forever home! Poppy can be shy at first and would benefit from ongoing socialization and training. She is very loving and affectionate once she opens up! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Poppy is patiently waiting!
