Meet Pluto! Pluto was rescued along with his siblings when they were found by the shelter manger as loose puppies. Pluto’s mom was one of many momma dogs that are chained and had given birth to them. The rescuers knew the puppies would survive long as they grew and momma dog barely had enough resources or herself so he got them all off the streets and into his care. Pluto is a sweet and happy puppy who loves to give kisses! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Pluto is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
