Meet Phil! Phil is an adorable 5 months old Formosan Mountain dog mix. He was rescued as a stray from a remote country side in Taiwan. Phil was found with his siblings and mom. His mom was hungry and tired but took very good care of her puppies. Luckily rescuers were able to get them off the streets and into a safe foster home.

Phil is an affectionate and playful pup! He is good with other dogs, children and was even cat tested! Because he is still a puppy, he has a lot of puppy energy! Phil will also need to learn his basic puppy training.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Phil is patiently waiting!
