Meet Pepper! Pepper is an adorable 2 year old French Bulldog. She was part of our big puppy mill rescue case. Pepper lived her whole life in a cage and was forced to give litters repeatedly. Poor girl doesn’t know what human affection or life outside her cage is like. She is very sweet and great with other dogs! Pepper is now living in a foster home who is spoiling her and showing her what it’s like to be in a home. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Pepper is patiently waiting!
