Meet Otis! Otis was rescued along with other puppies when they were found scavenging for food through dumpsters. Poor Otis was only a baby and already had no home. Luckily a rescuer was able to get some puppies off the streets and Otis was one of the lucky ones. Otis is a sweet pup who would love nothing more then to find a forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Otis is patiently waiting!
