He’s very playful and loves other dogs, he would be best in a home with another dog to help him gain confidence. Oscar also enjoys being outdoors and sunbathing is one of his favorite hobbies! Oscar was rescued when he was brought into the shelter with a horrific head injury. Based on what the vet found it appears that some cruel person tried to cut poor Oscars head open. Oscar suffered a big trauma from this incident and was very shy and timid with people. However, Oscar learned slowly how to trust again and as his wounds healed so did he. Thanks for our loving supporters and sponsors Oscar was able to make a full recovery and has since been adopted to a loving home!
