Meet Nori! Nori was rescued along with his mom and siblings when rescuers noticed the poor environment they lived in. Nori’s mom was tied up in a factory yard and gave birth while chained with little to no shelter and food. She did her absolute best to care for her puppies but unfortunately one of her puppies were sold by someone at the factory before rescuers were able to get them out. Rescuers rushed to get them out to prevent more of the puppies from hanging into unknown fate. They have now gotten a clean bill of health and is ready to find their forever home. We are looking for a home that understands owning and raising a puppy. Nori is patiently waiting!
