Meet Noodles! Noodles is a mellow fellow and absolute cuddle bug, who was rescued in Korea where he was found chained up outside a factory. He would do best in a home where he receives all of the affection he missed out on in his early years because he just adores the newfound attention! He often flops right over for belly rubs in a move that will make your heart melt. He is most content when cuddling right up on you and falling asleep, and will sometimes even nudge you for a little love.

Once his foster family earned his trust, he was attached at the hip. He will jump right up and follow his foster mom just to go to another room. He warms up to new people if they give him lots of pets, but can feel shy around more outgoing dogs. He was shy with the foster’s dog at first (who the Korean rescuer believes is his mom) but has exhibited a desire to play now that they have warmed up to one another. Having another dog also seemed helpful in giving him confidence, so he could do well in a two-dog home as long as he still gets plenty of love and attention!

He is still very interested in exploring this wide new world on his walks, but the good news is that he is very food-motivated and a quick learner, so continuing his training shouldn’t be tough. He has learned to sit, shake, and jump, and is making progress on other tricks as well. He likes napping on his blanket (often stretching out completely on his back, hence his name), gnawing on no-hide chews, and gazing right into your soul with his sweet puppy dog eyes. He is a very calm boy, letting his foster mom groom him with no issues (in fact, it seems like he might actually enjoy these spaw days…)

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Noodles is patiently waiting!
