Rescuers knew that if these pups don’t get rescued they could end up dead as well. Luckily the rescuer was able to get them off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Neo is a handsome and sweet boy who would love nothing more then to find his forever home. Neo is an easy going boy who loves to play and be around his people! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a dog. Neo is patiently waiting!
