Meet Muffin! Muffin is an extremely adorable 8 month old Jindo mix puppy. Muffin is a derpy cuddly & loving ball of energy. He is confident around strangers and is loves meeting new people. A total love bug, Muffin loves following his foster family from room to room, offering kisses and hugs on-demand. He is cautiously friendly in approaching new dogs, but has the best time once he gets to know them. Muffin is also very food motivated which makes him easy to train. He already knows sit, drop it and is a quick learner. For him, his best day ever would involve lots of cuddles from his pawrents, a solid amount of playtime with his human or another friendly and gentle sibling that can match his energy, walks that allow him to sniff. He loves attention and will brings you his favorite tug toy to play, but also has his moments of independence. When his foster pawrents run errands, he relaxes in is crate and happily snoozes for a few hours without whining. Because he is easily distracted, and can bolt when stimulated—Muffin needs to be on a leash all times, when outside. Offleash will need lots of recall and practice.
Muffin is also house trained, and knows to ask for a walk when he needs to go.
Muffin is still a puppy and has a lot of energy. He does great with tough chew toys and enrichment activities to help him learn to be an independent, well-mannered pup. Muffin would do great in a home with another fur sibling who can match his energy levels.
We are looking for a loving, committed and patient home who is willing to put in positive training and continued socialization and who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a high energy puppy. Muffin is patiently waiting!
