Meet Moa! Moa is a 11 months old Japanese Spitz mix, weighing around 18lbs. He is a sweet, gentle, and confident little guy. He is a devoted companion who lives for belly rubs, and will give you a dorky little smile when you oblige him. Moa has been a great snuggle partner and playmate for his foster’s dog. He still has plenty of puppy energy, and loves long walks, but also spends a good chunk of the day snoozing.

Moa is very food motivated, easily entertained by all types of toys, and should be fairly easy to train. Right now he is working on waiting for food and not dashing out the door. Moa is also a fierce defender of the home, and will bark with noises outside. He is housebroken and crate trained. He walks well on leash, but will pull occasionally not leash reactivity. Moa gets along great with other dogs and children, but might bark at them at first until a proper introduction.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Moa is patiently waiting!
