Meet Marigold aka Goldie! Goldie was rescued along with her littermates when they were found abandoned in a box behind a CVS. Thankfully someone was able to find them and brought them to the shelter where they were able to reach our rescue for intake. Goldie is a sweet and spunky girl who loves to play and be around her people. This sweet, goofy girl is always ready for fun and absolutely loves playing fetch. If you’ll throw the ball, she’ll happily bring it back again and again!
Goldie is a happy, social puppy who enjoys playing with other dogs and would thrive in an active home where she can get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. She’s still learning the basics, including potty training and leash manners, but she’s making great progress and will continue to flourish with consistency and patience. Because she’s still a puppy, Goldie is curious, playful, and loves to chew, so she’ll do best with lots of appropriate toys and an active family to keep her busy. She would make a wonderful companion for a family with kids or anyone looking for a fun-loving, energetic best friend.
Goldie is ready to find a forever family that will help her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a pup. Goldie would thrive in a home with another dog as she can show some separation when alone. A home that will continue to train and show her what it means to be in a family would be ideal.
