Meet March! March was rescued along with her puppies when rescuers spotted her pups running in the middle of a 4 lane road. Their owner claimed that he deliberately bought a male hunting dog (most likely to be a pointer) to cross with March and planned to sell her babies as hunting dogs. He even docked all their tails to fit the hunting dog description. However, the economy was not good and the puppies were not sold so he neglected them expecting them to go away on their own as they wandered. Although their start at life was not ideal, you would never have guessed it due to her sweet personality! March is a very loving and easy going girl who loves to be around her people and is great with dogs! We are looking for a home that will continue to show March what it means to be in a family, March is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
