Meet Luther! Luther is the big brother of the five siblings. They were born to a mom who had been chained outside a home where she was poorly fed and taken care of. Then one day, she became pregnant and gave birth to five puppies! Fortunately, the neighbor, also a volunteer with our rescue partner, persuaded the owner to surrender the puppies to the rescue. The volunteer is fostering the mom now. Luther is courageous and social. He’s not shy. He has a scar under his eye. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Luther is patiently waiting!
