Meet Luna! Luna is a very sweet 1 year old Shepherd/Pit mix. She is a happy and affectionate dog who loves to play and go for walks, but is also happy to nap anytime with you and at the end of the day loves nothing more than to curl up next to you. She also loves her ears and belly rubbed!
Luna grew up in an apartment so she is calm inside and likes to play with her toys. She is always excited to go for long walks or going to wide spaces, like the dog park, where she can run and play ball with you or other dogs. Luna may be a little timid meeting new dog friends but generally warms up quickly. She especially enjoys the company of other dogs when they can play fetch together.
She is good around older kids and enjoys meeting new people. She is well mannered and loves to please but is still a young pup.
Luna was born on Christmas and just turned one a few months ago. She is hoping to find a family that can play fetch, tug-of-war, go on walks and give her belly rubs! She is house broken and knows basic commands. Luna is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet and wants to find a home where she can be loved as much as she will love you.
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Luna is patiently waiting!
